Batman '39
The year is 1939. Crime and suicide rates have risen over the past few years ever since The Great Depression started. Now one man has taken the job upon himself to protect Gotham, one of the cities that has been worse affected by crime, and make sure it will get out of the dark times that it is in now. He will fail.
